Senior C, C++ Packet Level Programmer

ContentKeeper is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Linux C programmer to join our dynamic programming team. A minimum of 5 years experience is required with extensive packet level/network programming experience. Linux Kernel programming experience is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years programming experience with networking technology.
  • Mandatory experience with Linux based systems and Linux kernel programming.
  • Familiar with packet-level network processing.
  • Good Experience in ‘C/C++’ developing Multi-Threaded applications on Multi-Core systems.
  • Exposure to Malware analysis, SSL functionality and Windows kernel programming is an advantage.
  • You MUST have good communication skills, be willing to be a team player as part of our leading edge Software Development team.

Support Engineers

ContentKeeper Technologies is looking for Support Engineer(s) to do Level 1 & 2 product support and  Quality Assurance.  Responsibilities include phone/email product support, training, troubleshooting escalation tickets and involvement in the internal Quality Assurance of ContentKeeper products.

The position is based in Canberra Australia. It involves providing customer facing engineering and support.  Only Australian citizens or migrants with Permanent Residence Status and local or equivalent English language skills should apply.

Desired Technical Skills:

  • Assume ownership of support cases while working to resolve customer questions and issues
  • Troubleshoot escalations. Ability to analyse and creatively resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers
  • Provide technical training utilizing product best practices
  • Proactively communicate the current status of open cases including required information, progress updates, and steps for resolution
  • Maintain clear ticket notes and summaries relating to all requests from the customer while following established standards
  • Demonstrate initiative by understanding company protocol and completing all required tasks
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers
  • Provide technical training utilizing product best practices
  • Work to continually improve the quality and services, offered to our clients, in coordination with other team members
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and applicable use in the industry
