ContentKeeper Web offers a wide variety of monitoring and reporting options. Choose from dynamic on-box reporting, advanced reporting, or real-time monitoring of Internet activity, or a combination of these, for the ultimate visibility of all of your Internet activity.

Dynamic on-box reporting

Some dynamic reporting capabilities are included with the basic ContentKeeper Web internet filtering package. These include:

• Built in real-time Dynamic Activity Viewer allows administrators to watch all web access as it occurs in real time within your organization
• Filter down to view individual user activity or categories being browsed at a point in time.

In-depth historical reporting with Advanced Reporting Module (ARM)

Provided as an optional add-on to ContentKeeper Web, the Advanced Reporting Module provides comprehensive enterprise level ad-hoc & automated reporting on Internet activity.

Features include:

• Comprehensive reporting parameters: Reporting by groups, usernames, Domains, IP address, time date, sites visited, categories visited, bytes, images and objects downloaded
• Variety of formats: Enterprise-level, full color graphical and tabular reporting available in a variety of formats including pie charts, column charts, tables etc.

Real-Time Internet Monitoring with ContentKeeper Monitor

As another optional add-on to ContentKeeper Web, ContentKeeper Monitor
provides Real-Time Monitoring and Alerting on current Internet activity. Features include:

• Set triggers or high watermarks and generate alerts for policy breaches (for example, when someone browses to inappropriate or non-business related content)
• Configure Popup visual, audio, and email delivery of alerts
• Set triggers for individual instances or high watermarks for serious abuse
