If an unacceptable word or phrase is detected ContentKeeper Guardian triggers a screenshot capture with date, time, PC location and user identity. The screenshot is then saved as a violation of Acceptable Usage Policies, recorded and sent to the dedicated ContentKeeper Guardian Appliance for report compilation. The administrator is alerted automatically when a serious violation occurs.
ContentKeeper Guardian word and phrase libraries are fully customizable, the administrator has the ability to add additional words and phrases and adapt the severity coding of a violation according to pastoral concerns.
